Privacy policy

How Business Answers looks after the personal data you share with us.

Who we are

Business Answers, Pembroke Hall, 38/39 Fitzwilliam Square, Dublin 2, D02 NX53, Ireland, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. For any privacy question, email tommy@businessanswers.ie or call +353 87 260 5576.

What we collect

When you contact us, book a call, download the checklist, sign up for podcast alerts, apply to be a podcast guest or ask a question in the website chat, we collect the details you give us. This is usually your name, email address, company and phone number, along with your message.

When you book an executive session, we collect your booking details. Card payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed. This uses cookies and does not tell us who you are.

Cookies and Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which pages people visit, so we can improve it. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. If you reject them, or make no choice, no analytics cookies are set and we do not use advertising cookies.

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to you, run the sessions and calls you book, send the resources you ask for, and keep a record of our conversations with you. Our legal basis is either the contract you enter into when you book, your consent, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for other companies' marketing.

Who processes it for us

We use trusted service providers to run the website and our business. These include HubSpot for our contact records and meeting bookings, Stripe for payments, Google Analytics for site statistics, Microsoft 365 for email and calendars, and our website hosting and email delivery providers. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under safeguards approved by the EU.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires, for example for accounting records.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop us using it. You can also unsubscribe from any email we send at any time. Email tommy@businessanswers.ie and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
