Scaling Up · Two hours. Twenty owners. Plus your own one to one.

A live Scaling Up session for Irish business owners turning over €1m to €10m

You have built something that works. The next stage will not run on the same habits. In one live session Tommy Boyle works through the three or four constraints holding your business at its current size, in your own numbers, then follows up with a private 30-minute one to one on your figures.

Four reasons owners come to this session

Common reasons Irish owners book a Scaling Up session

Owners come to this session for all sorts of reasons. These are a few of the common ones we hear from established Irish businesses when growth has become harder than it used to be.

01

Running a larger business on smaller-business habits

The habits that built the company start capping it as it grows, because the owner is still the answer to every question and every question still waits for them.

02

The sales pipeline ceiling

Sales become whatever the owner brought in that month, and that pattern stops scaling somewhere around two million no matter how hard anyone works.

03

Margin that erodes quietly over years

Prices were set once and then forgotten while costs moved underneath them, and every point of margin given away came straight off what the business is worth.

04

The wrong team, found two years late

The team that got the business to this stage is rarely the one that takes it further, and owners who face that question early save themselves years of slow progress.

Take a seat if

Who the Scaling Up session is for

  • You turn over between €1m and €10m, you are profitable, and you can feel the next stage coming.
  • You already know how to run a business and now need to learn how to lead one.
  • You want the constraints named in your own figures, not a framework to take away and think about.
  • You are prepared to say out loud what is actually going on in the business.

Leave it if

Who should leave this session for now

  • Pre-revenue start-ups and side projects.
  • Owners looking for motivation, theory or a keynote.
  • Anyone hoping to sit quietly with the camera off.

The room is capped at 20 because airtime is the product. Once the seats are gone, the next date is months away.

The two hours, in order

What the Scaling Up session works through

  • 01

Where the business really is, read from your own figures rather than your gut.

  • 02

The three or four constraints capping your current size, named and ranked.

  • 03

Pricing and margin, how to reset both without losing customers.

  • 04

Cash as the business grows, why fast growth eats it and how to plan for it.

  • 05

Sales beyond the owner, building a pipeline that does not depend on you.

  • 06

The team question, who carries the next stage and who does not.

  • 07

Structure and systems that hold at twice your current size.

  • 08

Your own role, moving from doing the work to leading the people who do it.

  • 09

The first 90 days, what to change on Monday and what to leave alone.

What €299 (plus VAT) buys

Four things, and none of them are a slide deck.

01

A 2-hour live working session

Tuesday 16 February 2027, 11am to 1pm Irish time, on Teams. Working session, not a webinar. You bring your situation and ask about it.

02

A room capped at 20 owners

Small enough that everyone gets airtime and nobody hides. Owners at your stage, with the private numbers kept for the one-to-one afterwards.

03

A private 30-minute one-to-one with Tommy

Inside two weeks of the session, on your business and your figures. Advisors charge more than the price of this session for that half hour alone.

04

One price, no extras

€299 plus VAT. Nothing is sold to you on the call. Two seats from one business is 15% off both.

The morning after

What you walk away with

  • 04The personal shift the next stage asks of you, from doing the work to leading the people who do it.

In their words

What owners say afterwards

The same directness you get in the session is what people describe after working with Tommy.

Brave enough to say what nobody else in the room is willing to say.

Tommy is an indispensable business advisor. He brings a refreshing no-nonsense approach and is brave enough to say what nobody else in the room is willing to say, but could be the most important thing that needs to be said. He can instantly move from a broad, macro approach on sales and marketing strategy, to giving excellent guidance on the nitty gritty and spotting a small, but critical detail on a financial report. Before working with Tommy a friend said to me, if you don't have Tommy advising your business, you're losing out. He is highly insightful and has an ability to quickly get to the crux of the issue. Very highly recommended. The proof is in the pudding and Tommy was instrumental in helping to more than double the level of business.

FAQ

Questions owners ask

Is this suitable if my business is under €1m?
Probably not yet. The session assumes a trading business with staff, customers and repeatable revenue. Below roughly €1m the constraint is usually finding demand, not structure, pricing and leadership, which is what this session works on.
What happens after the session?
You get a private 30-minute one-to-one with Tommy within two weeks, applied to your own numbers and your own business. You book it directly after the session. Nothing else is sold to you on that call.
Is it live, or a recording?
Live on Teams, capped at 20 owners, run as a working session. You are expected to bring your own situation and ask about it.
What does it cost, and is VAT included?
€299 plus VAT. That single price covers the two-hour session and the 30-minute one-to-one afterwards. There are no upsells.
Can I send two people?
Yes, and it works well. Two seats from the same business are €254 plus VAT each, 15% off both. Owners who bring the person who has to carry the change usually get more out of it.
